Trick to See Rs.99 Prime Recharge Successful or Not ?
At First if you are recharging with Rs. 99 then, Jio Showing it on MyJio Application Dashboard like below screenshot. But The Problem start after 5th March 2017 (Specially on Newly Purchase Jio SIM Card) because All Newly Purchase Jio SIM Card Comes up with already Rs.99 Recharge, In this case mainly the prime plan not showing on myjio app. Solution is given below
Follow Step to Check Rs.99 Prime Recharge Successful or Not ?
1] Download / Update MyJio App
2] Install & Open the App
3] Click on “Skip & Log in with SIM”
4] It will Show on your MyJio Dashboard like below Image (If Not Showing then Follow below steps)
5] Now Go to Option >> My Plan >> Prime Membership
6] Click on it, if nothing appear that mean your prime is activated

How To Check Jio Summer Surprise Offer active if I Recharge my number before 31 March?
If you Recharge for Jio Summer Surprise Offer Recharge of Rs 303 or Rs 499 Plan on or before 31 March then you will 100% get the benefits of Jio Summer Surprise Offer. But in Myjio App not showing anything about Jio Summer Surprise Offer then don’t worry, maybe Jio not update their system, you avail to see Summer Surprise Offer before or after 15 April 2017.
How To check Jio Summer Surprise Offer Activate or Not in your Jio sim?
1] Firstly Install or Update MyJio App
2] Open MyJio App & Open Jio App
3] In Dashboard, you will aee Jio Prime Membership banners
4] Now Click on Menu>> My Plans
5] Now you see two plans, one is Current plan & another one is Upcoming plan
6] Now you need to see the Upcoming plan, If there Jio Free Data, Calling & sms service will be valid for 90 Days
7] Then your Jio Summer Surprise Offer is successfully Active on your Jio Number
8] But in some cases it not showing in MyJio App then don’t worry just Contact Jio Customer Care @ 198
